We worked alongside Eastern Market to design and develop a new website. We set out to honour the artisanal craftsmanship of their offering, welcoming its visitors in the same way the physical store does. On arrival, the visitor is taken through beaming lights to a virtual scrapbook where they can scan through products, similar to flicking through the racks in the store. After clicking and collecting, the visitor is presented with the option of a digital customer service experience with the team. The process emulates the physical, offering a personalised adventure tailored by the Easter Market team to assist in answering questions, pairing, and styling their looks. The accompanying video was inspired by the iconic lights that have travelled with the store from its inception.
